47 Moreland Middle School (MMS) 7th/8th-grade students were trained to be WEB (Where Everyone Belongs) leaders, as part of MMS’ School Ambassador program.

Moreland Middle School and Latimer Middle School students were selected to participate in the Safe School Ambassadors training this week, a nationally recognized program that trains student leaders on campus through the power of positive student influence.

Latimer Middle School Symphonic Orchestra and Easterbrook Discovery Middle School (EDMS) Symphonic Band, Symphonic Strings, and Jazz Band each placed first place in their categories at the Music in the Parks Festival on Saturday, April 23, 2022.

After more than 109 3rd - 5th-grade students submitted recipes, Anderson Elementary School Student, Nemi M., has been selected as the Moreland School District’s Future Chef Competition winner.

Baker Elementary School held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 for its new garden and outdoor classroom serving students in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) - 5th grade.

Sharon Myers, Administrative Assistant in the Educational Services department of the Moreland School District Office, has been selected by the Santa Clara County Office of Education as the 2022 Classified Employee of the Year in the Clerical and Administrative Services category.
