The mandatory Annual Parent Information and Permissions Update (formerly known as the 1st Day Packet Information) is available through the Aeries Parent Portal through Friday, August 18, 2023. The annual update asks you to review emergency contact information, required annual notifications, and check permissions for your student for this coming school year.  After August 18, parents will need to go into the office to update contact information.

Why is this so important to complete?

The safety of our students is our highest priority. Ensuring school staff are aware of any student health issues, as well as verifying emergency contact information is just one way that we maintain prepared and safe schools. Please note, if you share your child has a marked health concern on the Parent Portal, please follow up with an email to our nurses ([email protected]).

If you have a returning student:

Your Aeries Portal login is the same as last year (parent email on file with the District). Simply click here to log in:  https://morelandsd.asp.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx .  If you don’t remember your password, click the “Forgot password” link to have a temporary one sent to your email.

If you have a new student:

You were automatically sent an email from Aeries Parent Portal from “[email protected]” when you enrolled your student(s) in the online enrollment system.  Open that email and follow the instructions to log in to your Aeries Parent Portal account. If you cannot find this email in your Inbox, be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder as well. If you still cannot locate it, please check with your child’s school site to confirm the email on file with the District.

Parent Portal Help:

The Aeries Parent Portal allows parents to view information the District has on file for their student(s), such as emergency contact information, attendance, annual district documents (traditionally available in the 1st Day Packet), and optional documents regarding food services, transportation, student accident insurance and more.  Parents of middle school students can view their student's schedule, assignments and grades during the school year.  Aeries Communication tools are also available through the Aeries Parent Portal, allowing parents to select how they would like to receive school and district notifications, select language preferences, and Direct Message Moreland staff members.  For assistance on navigating these fields, visit: https://www.moreland.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=455308&type=d&pREC_ID=1482328
