Members of Moreland School District’s School Site and District Office Staff were recognized by the California Department of Education and the Fiscal Crisis & Management Assistance Team for the submission and maintenance of high-quality data for the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS).

The Moreland School District is in the process of updating the Local Control Accountablity Plan (LCAP). The LCAP is a three-year district plan that is updated annually. Each school site will be holding a parent engagement meeting to gather your feedback on our goals for next year. These meeting dates will be posted on the district and school websites. In partnership with employees of Moreland School District, including the Certificated, Classified and Management Bargaining Units, the Moreland Board of Trustees unanimously passed a resolution at Tuesday night’s Board Meeting, January 23, 2018, calling for full and fair funding of California’s Public Schools by state lawmakers.

The Moreland School District is partnering with West Valley Community Services to bring a mobile Food Pantry to the Moreland Community on Tuesday January 16 and January 30, 2018.
