San Jose, CA, September 19, 2022 -  Moreland School District’s Child Nutrition Program, through Sodexo, has launched a new online menu communication platform that supports school staff and ensures families are aware of nutritional and allergen information on every menu item. Partnering with Nutrislice, Moreland’s new online menu features month-at-a-glance views, carbohydrate counts, and allergen information. 

“We are really excited about the additional layer of support this will provide to our school nurses and students with food sensitivities,” said Dr. Clover Codd, Superintendent. “This robust virtual menu will allow more students to take advantage of our free breakfast and lunch options. School lunch is such a critical part to student health and well-being and ensures that students have the nutrition they need throughout the day to learn.
