Free Chromebook Distribution to Any Moreland Family (see notes for details)

We're excited to offer a 2nd day for families to pick up free Chromebooks tomorrow, August 22, from 5-7pm. Please read the following:

• Every child in grades 3-8 will get or already has their own Chromebook for this school year from their teacher/school.
• The free Chromebooks being distributed tomorrow are surplused devices that are no longer going to be used by schools or in the classroom, therefore are being given to families at no charge. There is no tech support available for these devices.
• Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not line up early with your car. We have a planned distribution from 5-7pm that will ensure quick-moving lines.
• We have approximately 1,000 Chromebooks ready to donate. Chromebooks are available on a first come, first-serve basis. To ensure Chromebooks for as many families as possible, there is a limit of 2 Chromebooks per family.

Did you receive a Chromebook last Tuesday and still need a charger?
Chargers are ready for pick-up anytime after 9am tomorrow at the District Office, 4711 Campbell Avenue, San Jose (Educational Services Building).

Don't Have a Car and Need to Walk?
No problem. If you don't have a car and need to walk to the District Office to pick up a Chromebook, we will have a walk-up line for parent/guardians with no vehicle.
